I’m a counsellor who values genuine connection, safety, and creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I understand that reaching out for support can be difficult, so I aim to offer a calm, non-judgemental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported at your own pace.

I have over four years of experience working in mental health across peer support and crisis services, including supporting people through moments of high distress, suicidality, and overwhelming emotions. I work with a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and self-harm, and I have experience supporting young people, neurodivergent individuals, and people from diverse cultural and LGBTIQ+ communities.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and flexible. I draw from therapies such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches, but what matters most to me is adapting the work to suit you. Whether that’s building practical coping strategies, making sense of your experiences, or simply having a space to talk openly, we can work together in a way that feels right for you.

I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about supporting you to better understand yourself and feel more grounded. Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball, watching anime, and spending time with friends—whether that’s out in nature or relaxing at home playing games.

I can offer therapy in English and Vietnamese (conversational).
