I am a compassionate and client-centered Counsellor with a Master of Counselling from the University of Canberra and member of the Australian Counselling Association, I am committed to providing ethical, evidence-based support in a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected.

I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions. I understand that reaching out can feel difficult, so I focus on building a genuine, trusting connection where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs. I draw on evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT and, Person-Centered therapy to help you develop insight, strengthen coping strategies, and create meaningful change. I aim to support not just symptom relief, but long-term growth and resilience.

As someone who has experienced the journey of migration from the Middle East myself, I understand how challenging it can be to adjust to a new environment while carrying the weight of unfamiliar systems and limited support. Accessing mental health services in your own language can often feel out of reach, which can make seeking help even harder. I offer counselling in Arabic and Farsi, in addition to English, so you can express yourself comfortably and feel truly understood in a language that feels natural to you.

My passion is hearing and understanding each client’s unique life story. It’s at the heart of why I do this work, and I strive to create a space where you feel truly heard and understood.
