I am a PACFA-registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Western Sydney University. I bring diverse clinical experience across educational, rehabilitation, employment, and disability support settings, working with adolescents and adults presenting with complex mental health needs.

My clinical work includes supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, emotional dysregulation, and psychosocial stressors, including barriers related to employment, relationships, and life transitions. I have worked in both short-term, solution-focused frameworks and longer-term therapeutic settings, allowing me to adapt my approach to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach to therapy, drawing on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Person-Centred Therapy. I also incorporate Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to support emotional regulation, insight, and behavioural change. My approach is grounded in building a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences.

Alongside my counselling work, my experience as a support worker within the disability sector has strengthened my ability to provide holistic, culturally sensitive, and person-centred care aligned with individual goals.

I am passionate about supporting clients to build resilience, develop self-awareness, and create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.
