Dina is a registered psychologist with experience across public, private, and community mental health settings. She has supported children, adolescents and adults presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, personality‑related difficulties, psychosis, low self‑esteem, and adjustment and developmental challenges.

Her professional background includes early intervention work with young people and families, as well as extensive experience supporting individuals with complex needs in forensic and disability contexts. She has also held senior clinical roles within multidisciplinary teams, contributing to supervision, service development, and high‑quality, evidence‑based care.

Dina draws on a range of evidence‑based and trauma‑informed approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness‑based interventions. She tailors therapy to each client’s needs, goals, and cultural background, with a focus on creating practical, meaningful, and sustainable change.

Known for her warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive approach, Dina values creating a safe and respectful therapeutic space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. She works alongside clients to build emotional insight, strengthen coping strategies, and enhance overall wellbeing. Dina is fluent in English and Arabic and has extensive experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Outside of her clinical work, Dina enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places around Victoria, travelling, and connecting with nature through long walks and time outdoors.
