Hi, I’m Costanza Ravanelli, or Cos, a Registered Psychologist providing online therapy to adults across Australia in both English and Spanish.

Some of the experiences that have shaped me most have involved transition — building a life in a new country, becoming a mother, and creating a multicultural family. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how change can affect our sense of identity, belonging, relationships, and wellbeing. I am particularly passionate about supporting people who are navigating major life transitions and helping them move through these periods with greater confidence and self-understanding.

I also have a special interest in supporting mothers, parents, and families through the many transitions that accompany parenthood. Whether you are preparing for a baby, adjusting to life with young children, struggling with parental guilt, feeling overwhelmed, or trying to reconnect with yourself beyond your caregiving role, I aim to provide a space where you feel understood and supported.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, and attachment-informed approaches, adapting therapy to each person’s unique needs, values, and goals.

I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences while also developing practical tools to move forward.

Alongside my professional training, my personal experiences of navigating change, motherhood, and life within a multicultural family have strengthened my appreciation for the complexities of identity, relationships, and personal growth. Outside of work, I love staying active and spending time in nature with my family, which keeps me grounded and energised.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion, strengthen your relationships, and develop the skills and insight needed to create lasting change.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
