I am a PACFA-registered Clinical Counsellor providing dedicated support to adults navigating the challenges of stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence and interpersonal relationship stress. My practice is built on a foundation of warmth and inclusion, or as I like to call it, a trauma-informed and person-centered approach to care. I will work with you to:

  • Develop strategies to cope with uncertainty and reduce feelings of anxiety and overwhelm
  • Understand your relational patterns and how to build and maintain healthy relationships
  • Develop strategies to overcome barriers to achieving your goals
  • Understand your triggers and build your capacity to regulate your emotions
  • Build a kinder relationship with yourself through self-compassion

I will provide practical, structured strategies to address your challenges and build self-awareness and confidence. As an integrative therapist, I borrow from a diverse range of modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), attachment-based therapy, compassion-focused therapy (CFT), internal family systems (IFS), solutions-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and somatic therapy.

I completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) in 2009, and a Graduate Diploma of Counselling in 2022. I have an extensive history of working with vulnerable communities, and as a minority myself, understand the various challenges faced by people from CALD communities. I am passionate about creating a safe space and culturally informed environment for my clients. My therapy style is warm, respectful, non-judgemental and compassionate.
