As a clinician, I am a qualified mental health professional with experience supporting individuals across a wide range of psychological and emotional concerns. My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, with a focus on collaborative care, safety, and respect for each person’s unique context and lived experience. I aim to provide a supportive and structured environment where clients can better understand their difficulties and work toward meaningful change.

I work with a broad range of presentations, including anxiety disorders, depression, stress and burnout, trauma-related concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and interpersonal or relationship challenges. I also support individuals experiencing life transitions, such as changes in work, study, identity, or family dynamics, as well as those seeking personal development and improved coping strategies.

My treatment approach integrates several evidence-based modalities, tailored to individual needs. These may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, and elements of Schema Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I place strong emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship that fosters trust, insight, and practical skill development, so clients feel equipped to manage challenges both in and outside of sessions.

On a personal level, I value authenticity, curiosity, and compassion in my work. I believe that meaningful therapeutic change often comes from feeling genuinely heard and understood. Outside of the clinical setting, I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, and engaging in activities that promote balance and wellbeing, which helps me bring a grounded and present-focused approach to my clinical practice
