Hi, how are you doing? Vanakkam, yepdi irukinge? Namaskar, souriamgya? As someone who speaks English, Tamil, and Sourashtra, I understand how reassuring it can feel to connect with someone who speaks the language most natural to you. Seeking support can feel vulnerable, and finding the right psychologist can be just as challenging. I hope to provide a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, without pressure, judgement, or the need to have everything figured out.

I am a Registered Psychologist with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults, including couples. Throughout my work, I have helped people navigate anxiety; depression; stress; life transitions; emotional and behavioural difficulties; and relationship and self-esteem challenges. Whatever challenges you may be facing, no matter how overwhelming or complex, we can work together to better understand them and take meaningful steps forward.

I believe that no two people are the same. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I take the time to understand your unique experiences, strengths, values, and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, and culturally sensitive, trauma-informed practice, to tailor therapy to your needs.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my warm and down-to-earth approach, and value having a space where they feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, I can help you make sense of your experiences and move forward with confidence and practical tools.
Outside of work, I enjoy trying new restaurants, spending time in nature, and making the most of life’s simple moments with family and friends. I believe meaningful change and healing start with feeling safe enough to be yourself, and I would be honoured to support you in taking that next step.
