I am a Registered Psychologist with over 19 years of experience supporting adults and adolescents through a range of emotional, interpersonal and life challenges. I hold a Bachelor of Psychology and a Postgraduate degree in Psychoanalysis from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and am accredited to practise in Australia.
As a clinician, I take a warm, collaborative and culturally sensitive approach. I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely heard, respected and involved in the process. I work with clients to develop greater self-understanding while also focusing on practical strategies that can support meaningful and sustainable change.
I support clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression and mood difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, trauma related concerns, ADHD-related emotional and behavioural challenges, workplace stress and burnout, and adjustment or migration-related stress. I also work with clients navigating significant life transitions and difficulties in understanding or expressing their emotions.
My approach draws on evidence-based psychological therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), interpersonal approaches, trauma-informed practice and solution-focused strategies. I tailor treatment to each person’s needs, goals, circumstances and cultural background rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
Outside of psychology, I enjoy singing, being in nature and spending time with the people I love. These interests, along with my own experience of living between cultures, have reinforced my appreciation of connection, identity, relationships and the importance of having a space where people can be themselves.
