You might look like you have it together on the outside, but inside, your mind doesn’t slow down. You replay conversations, question yourself, and feel stuck in patterns especially in relationships or during big life transitions. Maybe you’re anxious, disconnected, or trying to balance who you are with who you’re expected to be. It can feel exhausting. In our work together, we’ll slow things down collaboratively, and make sense of what’s underneath these patterns. If you’re ready to feel more clear, grounded, and love yourself again, I’m here to help.


My approach is thoughtful, affirming, and culturally aware. My work is rooted in helping you understand your patterns, heal what hurts, and create healthier relationships with yourself and others. I bring warmth, honesty, and curiosity into therapy along with training in EMDR, Gottman method, EFT, CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, but more than anything, I bring a deep respect for your story and the many parts of you that deserve to be seen.


Therapy can be a place where you come back to yourself. A place to untangle family pressure, cultural tension, relationship patterns, identity questions, and the quiet exhaustion of always having to hold it all together. Whether you’re navigating life as an immigrant, part of a mixed-race relationship, or just trying to live more honestly, you deserve a space to feel seen without having to explain every layer of who you are.
