If you are looking for a calm, present and down‑to‑earth counsellor who is genuinely supportive, Ana may be a good fit. She works with individuals, couples and families in the South Eastern Highlands of NSW, on Yuin Country, where she lives with her partner and teen son. Ana offers a collaborative space to explore challenges, support change and improve wellbeing, with experience in trauma, domestic and family violence, neurodivergence and neurodivergent family life, migration and settlement stress, and other complex life transitions, including the emotional impact of moving countries and navigating new systems.

Her counselling approach is trauma‑informed and person‑centered, integrating evidence‑based modalities including Internal Family Systems, Narrative and Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy, as well as art‑based and systemic approaches. As a neurodivergent clinician and parent of a neurodivergent young person, Ana works in a neurodiversity‑affirming way that honors different ways of thinking, feeling and relating.

She holds a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and a Master of Counselling from the University of Canberra, is a member of the Australian Counselling Association, and has worked in community services and as a Lifeline crisis supporter.

Outside of work, she enjoys bush walks, stargazing and listening for local owls, which help her stay grounded and connected to the natural world.
