I am a registered clinical counsellor with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals across diverse settings, including correctional facilities, community services, and corporate environments in Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Psychology, and I am registered with Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and Addiction Practitioners’ Association Aotearoa New Zealand (dapaanz), reflecting my commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

Throughout my career, I have worked with clients presenting with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and addiction. I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to my work, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each individual’s needs. I draw on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, while grounding my practice in client-centred and trauma-informed principles. I aim to help clients build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and strengthen their resilience.

Beyond my professional role, I am a daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother. These roles have deeply shaped my understanding of life’s complexities and transitions, allowing me to connect with clients in a genuine and empathetic way. I am passionate about supporting people to navigate challenges, rediscover their strengths, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
