Hello and welcome, my name is Greta.  We all have the potential to shine and at times our lustre can fade or seem elusive. We may need a friendly face and a trusting space where life’s experiences can be shared with someone to listen to our story.  This can help us understand how we experience and respond to the challenges we may experience at times throughout our life.

As a Registered Psychologist, I am passionate with assisting individuals from age 18 years who may experience anxiety, worry, grief and loss, life transitions for example commencing university, relationship changes or employment changes, stress, trauma and challenges with communication and managing emotions.

Using a range of therapy approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Metacognitive Therapy, we work together, from the first session, to learn about your story.  Together we develop a plan tailoring your own strengths with skills you may learn during this journey to enhance your awareness and to develop self-confidence and resilience.

In my spare time, I enjoy walking, yoga, exploring new places and meeting new people, and time with my friends and family.
