Jessica holds a Master of Counselling from the University of New England and brings over a decade of experience in the not-for-profit sector, supporting individuals from diverse cultural and life backgrounds. She is a compassionate and thoughtful counsellor who values creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Jessica is particularly attuned to working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, offering culturally sensitive care that honours each person’s values, identity, and lived experience.

Jessica works with adults across a range of life stages, including young adults navigating early transitions, parents managing competing demands, and older adults adjusting to life changes. She supports clients presenting with stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm, with a focus on building resilience and practical coping strategies.

Her approach is primarily person-centred, grounded in the belief that each individual holds the capacity for growth and healing. Jessica integrates strengths-based practices and draws on evidence-informed modalities such as Narrative and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapies to tailor her work to each client’s unique needs and goals. She is particularly passionate about walking alongside clients through seasons of change, helping them develop insight, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.

In addition to this work, Jessica volunteers with Lifeline, supporting individuals in crisis with empathy and care.

Jessica values the richness of cultural identity, shaped by her own diverse heritage and lived experience. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, experimenting with different cuisines, and spending time kayaking in nature.
