I am a compassionate and dedicated clinician committed to supporting individuals in improving their mental health and overall well-being. I hold a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy and am registered with the ACA. With experience working across a variety of clinical settings, I provide evidence-based support tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

I have worked with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I am also able to support both English- and Cantonese-speaking clients, helping create a culturally safe and accessible therapeutic experience.

In practice, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based strategies, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. I believe in working collaboratively with clients to develop practical tools, build resilience, and support meaningful change.

Outside of clinical work, I maintain an active lifestyle and value balance, connection, and ongoing personal growth. Having personally experienced the importance of mental health support, I bring empathy, authenticity, and understanding into my work with clients. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges and move towards a more fulfilling and connected life.
