Lynlee is a New Zealand Registered Psychologist who is also registered as a Psychologist in Australia. Her aim as a clinician is to create a safe and trusting space for clients to better understand themselves and to develop skills and techniques to better manage their health and wellbeing. She has a warm, strengths-based approach. She offers confidential, individually tailored psychology sessions to a wide range of people of all ages. As a Mother of three adult daughters and a Grandmother to two grandsons Lynlee can help with issues and presentations over the whole life cycle.

Lynlee has worked as a psychologist for over 30 years. She has provided clinical supervision and psychological support to other Psychologists as part of the NZ Psychological Board’s continued competence programme.

Lynlee enjoys walking, Pilates and yoga.  She lives with her Partner and two dogs, Rosie and Caramello.

Lynlee draws on several treatment approaches when working with clients including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Brief Solution Focussed Therapy and Mindful Self Compassion (MSC).
