I am a counsellor who aims to offer a calm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where people can feel heard, supported, and understood. My approach is grounded in connection, collaboration, and care. Foremost, helping clients feel safe as they explore what is happening in their lives.

I hold a formal qualification in counselling and psychotherapy, and I continue to build my practice through professional development in trauma-informed care, somatic approaches, attachment-based work and relationship therapy.

My clinical experience includes working with individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I tailor my approach to each person because I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, respectful, and responsive to your individual needs and pace, by using integrative modalities that draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based practices and elements of psychodynamic and emotion -focused therapy.

At the heart of my work is a belief in the healing power of being deeply listened to and understood. I aim to support clients in building insight, strengthening resilience, and developing healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

Outside of my clinical work, I value time in nature, trail walking and staying connected to the things that keep life balanced and meaningful.
