I am a warm, empathetic, and client-centred mental health clinician who is passionate about creating a space where people feel genuinely safe, understood, and supported. I value authenticity and connection in therapy and believe healing begins when individuals feel able to share their experiences without fear of judgement. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique story, strengths, and goals.

I hold qualifications in Mental Health and Social Work and have experience supporting adolescents, and adults across a range of emotional and psychological presentations. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, stress, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, school adjustment difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, and family-related stress. I also have a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating trauma, caregiving burdens, identity concerns, and periods of significant emotional change.

My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed practice, person-centred therapy, and narrative therapy. I aim to balance practical strategies with deeper emotional exploration, helping clients develop insight, resilience, self-compassion, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

As both a clinician and social worker, I strongly value culturally sensitive, strengths-based, and holistic practice. I strive to bring warmth, calmness, and curiosity into each session and believe therapy should feel empowering rather than clinical or rigid. Outside of work, I enjoy  spending time in nature, and connecting with family, community, and meaningful experiences that bring a sense of grounding and joy.
