I am an ACA Level 4 Counsellor and a Provisional Psychologist with close to seven years of experience in the mental health field. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with diverse cohorts across the lifespan, both in Australia and internationally. This exposure has helped me develop a nuanced understanding of how cultural, social, and environmental contexts shape an individual’s mental health and lived experience.

Clinically, I support individuals presenting with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, excessive worry, depression, relationship challenges (such as breakups), major life transitions, and difficulties related to self-discovery and identity. I also work with clients navigating career stress, ADHD, workplace challenges, family conflict (including toxic dynamics), and concerns related to both collectivist and nuclear family structures.

Additionally, I enjoy supporting individuals in different life stages, including older adults, new or expecting parents, and those seeking to better understand their behavioural and emotional patterns.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centred. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Logotherapy. I aim to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change.

On a personal note, I value maintaining a sense of inner calm. I start my mornings quietly, often studying or reflecting, which helps me stay grounded and intentional throughout the day. And on a lighter note, I have a definite soft spot for chocolate desserts!
