Tiffany (she/her) is a bilingual Registered Psychologist. She is passionate about providing a warm, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. Tiffany values building genuine therapeutic relationships and recognises that seeking support can often feel vulnerable. She works alongside her clients with compassion, curiosity, and respect to help them navigate life’s challenges and move towards meaningful change.

Tiffany has experience working across private practice, forensic, educational, and community settings, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families from a wide range of backgrounds. She has a particular interest in working with anxiety, self-esteem, adjustment difficulties, trauma, family separation, school refusal, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), emetophobia, and supporting clients with improving overall wellbeing and self-understanding.

Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Tiffany draws from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Schema Therapy interventions.

Tiffany is also a Board Approved Supervisor and provides supervision for provisional psychologists completing internship pathways, as well as registered psychologists seeking ongoing professional support.

In addition to therapy services, Tiffany offers psychological assessments with a focus on Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and giftedness assessments and reports.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys staying active, spending time with her Husky, exploring different cuisines, and experiencing diverse cultures and travel.
