Zane Daher is a registered psychologist with experience working across community mental health, NDIS, education, and private practice settings. He has worked with adolescents and adults experiencing a broad range of psychological difficulties, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, psychosis and challenges relating to identity, relationships, and emotional regulation.

Zane has a particular interest in working with individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. He understands that for many people from migrant, religious, or collectivist family systems, emotional struggles are often shaped by complex expectations around family responsibility, cultural identity, faith, belonging, and the tension between personal values and external expectations. Many clients can feel caught between different worlds while trying to navigate who they are, what they want, and how they wish to live.

Zane integrates relational, existential, ACT, and schema-informed approaches in his work. His therapeutic approach focuses on helping clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the patterns shaping their lives.

Zane works collaboratively with clients to explore emotional experiences, relationship dynamics, identity formation, and questions of meaning, direction, and purpose. He aims to create a reflective and grounded therapeutic space where clients can speak openly about experiences that may have remained difficult to express elsewhere. His work is thoughtful, culturally sensitive, and focused on helping clients move toward a more authentic, deliberate, and meaningful way of living.

In his free time, Zane loves to be out in nature and spending time with friends. He can often be found ocean swimming, going for hikes and gardening.
